1:1 Partnership Meetings

A new feature of the show for 2003 will be the facility to have pre-arranged meetings with customers, suppliers and potential partners alike.  Sponsors, visitors and delegates will be able to build their own agenda to meet in one-on-one meetings with contacts whom they have chosen to see and at the same time listen to the parts of the conference programme that specifically interest them. Key Mail Users will be able to qualify for free attendance at the UK Mail Summit by registering to take part in two or three of the Partnership meetings. The meetings, which are 25 minutes in length, will be with key individuals from the Mail & Express industry who are keen to gain a user perspective on this growing and changing industry.

Mail Suppliers, providers and operators may also request to participate in partnership meetings (see below for how to apply)

 


V.I.P Customer Forum
The Customer Forum is a new initiative successfully introduced by Triangle at World Mail & Express, Singapore, in February 2003. (click here to read the post-event press release). At this crucial time in the UK Mail market, it has never been more important to listen to customers.  For this reason, we will be launching the first UK Customer Forum at the 2003 UK Mail Show.

We are inviting 20 of the top mail and distribution users in the UK to join us on the afternoon of the 17 November, prior to the main two-day conference. Over the two hour session, customers will be able to take part in a group discussion enabling them to voice their opinions on the postal services and issues that affect their business. There will be NO mail industry representatives present - it is a totally impartial forum.  From the results of the session, the "Customers' Agenda" will be produced and presented back to delegates at the main conference the next morning (click here to view the conference programme)

After the meeting, Royal Mail will host a trip on the London Eye and then onto an evening dinner at County Hall, Westminster.

 

How to apply...
Mail users attending the Partnership Meetings and/or the Customer Forum will receive a free conference pass for 18-19 November, which includes a free place at the Industry Networking Dinner, free access to the exhibition showcase and a free copy of the UK Mail & Express Handbook
