The World Mail & Express Americas celebrates its 5th consecutive year by returning to its North American Latin Hub, Miami.

The Americas is a region of huge contrasts, in the size of countries, levels of wealth, economic development and in the quality of it core infrastructure.  Extremes exist in the stage of development of postal & parcel markets, to the degree to which competition has developed, its legality & levels of regulation as well as the involvement of national, regional  & global players.

Yet every postal & parcel operator in the Americas has similar business objectives, to be commercial & profitable whilst responding to ever more demanding customer requirements, particularly around quality and security.

The need is to also develop new products and services with particular focus on the threats & opportunities of the digital age on leveraging retail networks more effectively whilst becoming more environmentally friendly.

The diversity of the region means that one approach meets any or all of these challenging objectives.  Each country must strive for its own solutions but can learn a great deal from such diversity.

The World Mail & Express Americas is unique in that it provides a platform for executives from Private, Public & State Owned Postal Operators, integrators, parcel & packet express operators, regulators, technology companies, strategists, and global consultants to network and listen to solutions and learn from each other.
