The 20th World Mail & Express conference and exhibition will be hosted by the vibrant city of Hong Kong, taking advantage of its central geographical location and high level of internationalism. This is the second occasion that the World Mail & Express series has run in Hong Kong and the importance of regional focus is now stronger than ever. Both the industries’ regional and global operators have now recognised the major growth potential of the Asia Pacific Rim and are now looking to capitalise upon this. The conference will focus on liberalisation and the associated threats and opportunities for everyone and, in particular, what impact it will have on the customer. Following on from the UPU Congress in Bucharest, this will be the forum to catch up and debate some of the hottest issues that emerge and promises to be one of the most interesting gatherings of global and regional Postal & Express delegates.
