Meeting Customers' Global Requirements

With the international mail and express industry currently existing as a virtually free market, it is time to focus more on the customer and less on the detail of regulation by asking the question - where is the customer going?

For the first time, we introduced a new aspect to the conference - the Customer Forum. This  assessed customer trends and requirements in order to provide a purposeful focus to the two-day event.

The conference brought together key representatives from all corners of the industry to share ideas on new products and technologies and observe best practice from around the world.

The World Mail & Express Asia Conference was the 16th in the World Mail & Express series, founded in 1988, and once again provided an authoritative top-level forum addressing key developments, challenges and opportunities.
