The Customer Forum

The Customer Forum is a new initiative at World Mail & Express Asia 2003 in Singapore.

We invited 20 of the top mail and distribution users in Asia to join us on the afternoon of the 26th February 2003, prior to the main two day conference. Over a two hour session, customers were able to have their say on the postal services and issues that affect their business. From this forum, a "Customer Charter" was produced and presented during the main conference to delegates.
