It can be a daunting prospect, even for the well
established operations manager. There are many issues that need to be
thought through, not least of which will be the existing traffic profiles
and the compilation of a list of suitable alternative service providers.

process for physical distribution. We hope that this guide will help
shippers develop ITTs that will give them the result they require in terms
of an ability to access the most appropriate service provider for them.

Triangle will protect its unique position in the
market-place by offering shippers a facility to tap into its expertise
whilst still maintaining its independent stance by working with shippers on
their carrier review project to the Invitation to Tender stage only. At that
point we step away and leave the final selection in the hands of the client
shipper – having first fully prepared them in the decision making process.
