World Mail & Express Americas 2008
Date: 25 February 2008 - 26 February 2008 | Location: Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Overview
The 6th World Mail & Express Americas Conference returned to the United States after two years in Brazil and Mexico. The Latin flavour is maintained as the venue is Miami a hotbed hub for the entire region. The last conference in Puerto Vallarta was the largest yet in the Americas with over 200 of the top mail and express executives from across North, Central & South America. A large European contingent represented over 10 countries from the continent whilst other delegates came from as far as Malaysia, Kenya & Saudi Arabia.
“Very good opportunity to understand the major drivers of the postal market and network with people that really make decisions”
Paulo Siciliano – Director of International Postal Affairs, Brazil Post
The conference has become the only annual event dealing with International & National post & parcel matters for nearly 1 billion people, so if you have any interest in this diverse region, World Mail & Express Americas is a must attend event. Our host in Miami was USPS, who worked hard to ensure that the conference became the meeting place for postal operators, both public and private, express delivery operators, regulators, strategists & technology suppliers. “I found the conference to be very well timed and well located. There was good deal of diversity in the subjects presented and I got a lot of benefit from attending. The 2 day format was appropriate” Frank Cebello – Executive Director, Global Business Management, USPS The following countries are amongst those that have sent senior postal authority executives to World Mail & Express Americas:
