Our
Recruitment division services an impressive portfolio of blue chip
clients with appointments at middle management, executive and board
levels.
The growth in our Recruitment business has led to the requirement for an
experienced Consultant to join our small and ambitious team. You will
pro-actively promote and sell our recruitment services, through visits
to prospective and existing clients, both in the UK and abroad. Through
direct selling you will build on Triangle’s established network, to
provide our clients with the entire recruitment solution, including
advertising, search, interview selection and contract negotiation.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of twelve months
recruitment experience, ideally in logistics/mail, however a proven
achiever in any discipline will be considered. You will have a
consultative approach, be familiar with search, with strong sales focus
and have account management experience combined with a successful track
record of operating effectively to achieve set targets.

Research Assistant/ Research Executive/Senior Research Executive
Our research and consultancy
division provides research led management consultancy and
undertakes bespoke and syndicated market research into areas
such as market size, structure and trends; customer
awareness, perceptions and satisfaction.
We now require additional research staff to assist with the
whole research process from initial project design /
proposal preparation, through desk and field research to
assistance with the analysis and report writing.
On occasions research staff also work with our conference
team who from time to time require research to support their
industry-leading events.
As part of a small company the successful candidates will
need to be team players, enthusiastic, hardworking and able
to work on their own initiative.
Candidates need to have the ability to compile and interpret
numerical data and to write in English in a clear and
succinct manner. A degree from a good university, an ability
to think clearly and familiarity with Word, Excel and
PowerPoint are pre-requisites. A second or third language
and an interest in IT/data processing would be an advantage.
