This annual study takes the form of a benchmarking exercise, which enables each subscriber’s management to compare its salary/basic pay, hours worked and hourly rate, overtime, bonus payments, other benefits and allowances paid to staff against those of major competitors in the industry. The survey is unique in that its focus is entirely on the UK express parcels carriers sector.
