UK International Express Outbound Survey
Published: July 2005
Price: £15,000 (+ VAT where applicable)
Building on the long established UK Domestic Parcels Distribution Survey, which has been running for over 15 years, Triangle has introduced a UK International Express Outbound Survey. Phase 2 was published in July 2005.
Like its counterparts in the UK Domestic Parcels, UK Pallets, French Express and German Express and Parcels sectors, this new survey comprises an in depth interview of some 300 UK based exporters who utilise express networks, both European road and air courier.
Carrier usage and awareness, service experiences and customer attitudes towards various service aspects are all explored and displayed in the form of carrier benchmarking. It is this latter feature which makes the Triangle surveys in these market sectors unique.
Specific topics surveyed include:
- Customer awareness
- Usage and lapsed usage by carrier
- Reasons for using multiple carriers
- Customers views on price in terms of actual service received
- Market awareness in terms of media recall
- Range of services by type and geographical coverage
- The effect of price on carrier loyalty
- International service availability
- Usage and perception of carriers internet facilities
- Customers perception of the quality of service
- Description of carriers characteristics
- Service improvements and reasons for changing carriers
The results of the customers’ survey will be presented in a detailed report including statistical analysis, graphical representation, comparative benchmark charts and in-depth commentaries. In future years a trend analysis will be provided to regular/loyal customers for those years of uninterrupted subscription.
