Triangle has been retained by E-BOX, a Paris based business to seek investment, joint venture or complete sale of it’s hardware and software technology which currently relates to the management of remote locker boxes for parcel collection and/or despatch (returns).

Now successfully proven with real consumers the next stage is for a network to be built for a single major player or to be developed for a multi user industry wide approach.

The owner, who is a technical engineer, is seeking to recoup his 6-7 years investment and is able (with his team) to offer handover technical support.

The business could also be acquired and developed as an in-house Research and Development department as there are many other applications that have yet to be exploited.

E-BOX is a proven “final mile” solution that will make E-Commerce really happen. It is “ready to go” and now needs industry expertise and/or a network to be fully realised.

A valuation of 6-8 million Euros is placed on the technology.
