Triangle Management Services are pleased to announce that Gary Coyle, formerly Chief Executive of Postmasternet Ltd, has joined the company to head up the Postal Retail Networks arm of Triangle.

Gary has over 20 years experience in post office networks and has worked with some of the largest global retail brands wishing to place their products and services in post office retail networks. His primary role at Triangle is to raise awareness of the importance for these international networks to share ideas, benchmark and network with each other for mutual benefit.

''Most of the world's Post Office networks are facing ever increasing challenges with the growing emergence of the internet coupled with rapidly changing customer trends'', said Gary. ''There are potential solutions to these challenges and it is my job to bring together senior directors responsible for these networks to discuss the issues, share information and make them aware of the latest technology and services available to help them transform their businesses.''

To start this process, Triangle will be adding a seminar looking at the future for global postal retail networks to their established World Mail & Express Europe conference in London on the 21-23 May 2007. We are currently planning the seminar programme and have already received significant interest from large global brands wishing to profile their products and services at this event.

The seminar will also include relevant case studies featuring postal networks that have introduced new technology and products to improve the customer experience. This seminar, the first global event to focus purely on the increasingly important area of post office retail, will attract an audience of senior directors and executives from Post Offices throughout Europe and beyond.

In his role as Retail Networks Director at Triangle, Gary will also be looking at widening the scope of the World Mail Awards, organised by Triangle and presented annually to encourage and reward best practice in the postal industry.
