“Innovation for the customer” the theme for World Mail & Express Europe Conference and Exhibition, 13-15th May 2002, Amsterdam

“Innovation for the customer” is this year’s theme for the World Mail & Express Europe Conference and Exhibition to be held on 13th-15th May in Amsterdam. Over forty top speakers have been assembled from all sides of the mail and express industry for the fifteenth World Mail & Express Conference. A large number of interesting and controversial sessions have been planned and over three hundred delegates are expected to attend this unique event for the private and public mail industry sectors.

Paul Jackson, chief executive of Triangle, says “The increasing co-operation between the private and public sector means that this event goes from strength to strength. Talk about liberalisation and deregulation is now almost burnt out. There are obviously some who are delaying the inevitable but the customer wants innovation now. Hence the theme for this year’s conference”.

Note to Editors:

Editorial representatives are welcome to attend on a complimentary basis. Please contact us in advance. The evening before the conference (13th May) hosts the World Mail Awards Gala Dinner presentations – see www.mailawards.com for more information.
