Reform, Liberalisation and Building Customer Relationships

These will all be high on the agenda for this year’s World Mail & Express Americas event, taking place in Miami in December. It will be the 20th in the World Mail & Express series and promises to be a hotbed for all the postal and express issues in both North American and Latin American markets.

It is expected that more than 250 leading players will attend the Conference. There will be parallel streams running for both the Express and Mail industries over the two days. Skypostal, Zebra, FedEx, The World Bank Group and the national post offices of Chile, Argentina and Sweden have already pledged their participation. As part of this year’s focus on the customer, there will also be a forum specifically designed to discuss the issues facing top customers from both Latin and North American markets prior to the main conference.

Running alongside the two days of conference will be a discrete exhibition area where suppliers and operators can showcase their products and services. More details on exhibiting and sponsorship are available from Nigel Ashton at NigelA@triangle.eu.com. For suggestions and speaking opportunities at the event please contact Natalie Ryan at NatalieR@triangle.eu.com or Tel: +44 (0)870 950 7900 .

Miami, acknowledged as the gateway between the Americas, is proving a popular choice with potential participants from around the world. Its accessibility, climate and venues make it the ideal forum location. Other topics to be covered and more details on the event are on Triangle’s website www.triangle.eu.com.
