Triangle’s first Express Delivery Conference focusing on the UK market is to be held on 23rd and 24th June at the Royal Court Hotel in Coventry, chosen for it’s close proximity to the major distribution hubs.

“It’s something that the industry has been asking us for”, commented John Foreman, Managing Director, Triangle International Media. “For several years, there has been a parcels conference stream at the UK Mail Show, but the Express market wanted their own focused event. The initiative has been extremely well received.”

It is a two-day event for the Pallet, Parcels and Courier market, with a mix of conference, exhibition, 1:1 meetings and socialising. Whilst it is targeted at senior level executives from pallet, parcel, express and courier companies, there will also be good number of their top customers present. Triangle will be inviting customers (who spend over £500k per annum) free of charge to the entire event, provided they make time for two short meetings with the operators and suppliers.

The conference programme, entitled “Customers are driving change”, will feature many of the industry’s leaders who will debate the current issues, look at how the UK differs from the rest of Europe, explore new technologies and discuss the future opportunities and threats. On the second afternoon, delegates will be able to end their networking with an afternoon of golf at the nearby Forest of Arden course.
