After much heralding, the UK mail market is finally open for business. New license holders are delivering, Royal Mail is undergoing enormous change, new competitors are waiting to join - these are exciting times for the mail industry - and more importantly the customer.

This year's event will take place on the 2-3 November at the Olympia Conference Centre in London.

The summit will bring together the familiar faces within the industry as well as the new senior figures that will be leading the future. The programme will cover such contentious issues as size based pricing, the future brokers for the industry, VAT and what this all means to the customer. Two days of intensive conference culminate in a CEO forum, allowing customers and operators to ask questions of the most influential characters in the business.

Major customers are invited to attend free of charge providing they agree to participate in 2 or 3 partnership meetings with suppliers - an excellent opportunity to increase industry knowledge and build new partnerships. There will again be an exhibition alongside the event, with suppliers and operators showcasing their latest products and developments.
