Top Asian customers and global industry executives
break new ground in Singapore

In less than two months a group of top Asian mail and express users will be joining the second World Mail & Express Asia conference in Singapore in a new initiative. For the first time, customers will be having their say in a special pre-conference seminar designed to feed into the main proceedings of this two-day high level event.

Paul Jackson, Chief Executive of Triangle Management Group, the organisers of the event, said
“The customer forum will concentrate industry minds towards the customer and promises to provide a unique and enlightening aspect to the event. There needs to be more focus on the customer and less on the detail of regulation”.

In another exclusive for the Asian conference, a representative from China Post will be addressing top level delegates. Mr Liu Liquing, Postmaster General of China Post, will be among a top line up of speakers, including Dr Klaus Zumwinkel, President and Chief Executive of Deutsche Post.

The World Mail & Express Conference is a unique event, bringing all sides of the industry together in a spirit of consultation and co-operation. The Asian event, hosted by Singapore Post, will take place in the Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore, on 26 –28 February 2003.
