Triangle Web Privacy Statement (last updated 9 December 2002)

At Triangle Management Services Ltd (Triangle), we are committed to protecting your privacy. You can travel through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself.  However, there are times when we do need information from you to provide the services that you request and this statement explains how we will use the data in those situations.  By using this site, you consent to the data policies described in this statement.

Collecting information about you

We only collect personal information, such as your name and or e-mail address, when you enter it in one of our on-line forms.

Some information about your computer hardware and software is automatically collected by a service to which we subscribe - www.indextools.com.  This information can include your IP address, browser type, access times and referring web site addresses.  This information is used by Triangle to improve our internet offering and to understand what features we can develop for you, the user.  Indextools also has a privacy statement that also offers you protection – this is available here.

We do provide links from our site to numerous other sites.  Triangle is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on web sites outside the Triangle domain.

Use of personal information

We will use any personal information you send us to keep you informed of new services from Triangle and for general sales and marketing. If at any time you decide that you do not wish us to use this information to send you direct marketing you may contact us at team@triangle.eu.com.

Personal information you provide on this site will not be shared outside Triangle and its subsidiaries without your permission.  We do occasionally use other companies to provide limited services on our behalf including sending postal mail.  We will only provide those companies with the information they need to deliver the service and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Triangle reserves the right to disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary.

Please be aware that this Privacy Statement and the choices you make on this site will not necessarily apply to personal information you may have provided to Triangle in the context of other, separately operated, Triangle products or services.

Use of cookies

“Cookies” may allow Triangle to observe behaviour and compile aggregate data in order to improve the Triangle site.  Cookies are used to enhance the visitor experience and cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.  They are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.  Should you not wish us to use Cookies you can still visit our site and in most browsers there is an option to deny or accept the Cookies or to notify you when you have received one.

Changes to this statement

We may occasionally update this Privacy Statement; when we do so, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top of the Privacy Statement.  We encourage you to check this page periodically.  Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Statement and any updates.

If you have any queries or concerns about this statement please contact us at privacy@triangle.eu.com.
