Post&Parcel Live is a series of intimate seminars supported by the daily news website, Post&Parcel. These seminars focus on specific areas of the industry, enabling in-depth debate and discussion on current issues affecting the mail and express delivery sector.
Post&Parcel Live launched earlier this year. We have two back-to-back seminars coming up in March and we’re issuing an ‘official call for papers’ for expert speakers to share their knowledge on a variety of topics related to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
We’re looking for speakers who can contribute to the following areas of discussion:
Managing delivery expectations – topics might include what customers really want (fast vs free delivery), dealing with peak and most particularly, managing expectations in different delivery environments (such as rural deliveries).
Last-mile delivery technology – topics might include the use of robots and drones in delivery as well as the latest GPS/Mapping technologies.
Managing multimodal logistics – topics might include avoiding congestion, connected vehicles, smart motorways etc.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To be considered for inclusion as a speaker, please forward a short, written brief our Content Manager Holly (holly.chadley@triangle.eu.com) covering:
- What you would like to focus your presentation on
- Who will be presenting
- Which sector of our audience you think this presentation will be valuable to
- Any additional information that you think is important
