The winners of the prestigious 2006 UK Mail Awards were announced on Tuesday evening at a packed ceremony in London.

Leading mail and express industry research organisation Triangle has just published its fourth annual study of the UK Express Pallet Distribution market. The report surveys, in depth, 300 users of express pallet networks in the UK, and it is clear that the majority of pallet users have experienced evidence of greater price competition in the past 12 months.

With the release of the Mail Centre of the Year and Downstream Access Supplier shortlists, the full line-up of those hoping to be successful at these prestigious awards is now complete.

Visitors to the 4th World Mail & Express Americas conference in December will be able to hear from even more of the most important and influential figures in the global post and parcels industry.

Yet again, the UK Mail Awards have attracted a huge level of applications, and after much deliberation the judges have just announced the shortlisted entries for 2006.
